Denon’s new DN-S1200 Compact CD/USB Media Player & Controller is a super-compact and sophisticated DJ instrument that lets users bring together and enjoy access to their entire music collection from virtually all-existing storage media, including AppleÒ iPodsÒ and USB Flash Drives.
For total flexibility, it features an illuminated Slot-In CD Player, a quick-loading and fast data reading mechanism that offers a variety of audio compact disc support, including CD, CD-R, CD-RW and CD-TEXT. Thanks to its advanced External USB Device Support, users have access to vast portable music collections stored on external USB media and may connect their iPod, Thumb Drive, and large Hard Drives for easy access to small or extensive mp3/wav collections of up to 50,000 files.
Simply plug these devices into the DN-S1200 to obtain the powerful on-board features such as Instant Start, Seamless Looping, Scratching and easy File Searching. Notably, with its MIDI Interface Controller (PC/MAC), the DN-S1200 is also designed to interface and control a variety of popular DJ programs that supports USB MIDI in/out interface, either by user custom mapping or direct native support by the software vendor.

The Jog Disc can perform other vital functions too such as, pitch bending, scanning, file searching and dry/wet control for effects. For added creative flexibility, two “hot starts” (A1 and A2) can be made on the fly and easily turned into Seamless Loops.
And thanks to its 4 Superb Built-in Effects, building the mood of the dance floor and remixing live has never been easier. Warranty: DENON DJ warrants its products to be free from defects for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This is a limited warranty which has specific conditions and limitations as set forth on the warranty certificate which accompanies each DENON DJ product.
Platinum: Products with the platinum designation qualify for priority warranty service. If a Platinum DENON DJ product fails within this period, call 1-630-741-0330 for free Next Day Air pick-up and return. Products must be in-warranty and purchased from an authorized DENON DJ dealer. Turnaround time is guaranteed between 48 -72 hours. Service for DENON DJ in-warranty products is performed in Itasca, Illinois or as otherwise determined by D&M Professional.
Express: Products with the express designation will receive premium warranty service. If an Express DENON DJ product fails within this period, call 1-630-741-0330 to receive your Service Return Authorization. Shipment of product for in-warranty repair will be at the owner’s expense. Upon receipt of product, turnaround time is guaranteed to be 72 hours. Product will be returned via the same shipping method as received at D&M Professional’s expense. Service for DENON DJ in-warranty products is performed in Itasca, Illinois or as otherwise determined by D&M Professional.
