How long does shipping take?For customers in the USA that choose FREE SHIPPING, your orders will be shipped via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail. If you choose RUSH ORDER PROCESSING during checkout, our exclusive service guarantees that your product will ship the same business day that the order is placed, if your order meets the requirements. Is There an "Authorization" Pending on Your Credit Card?The DJDeals.com Inc. payment processing system is the most secure system available in ecommerce today. Our payment processor (the largest in North America) is set up to decline any order attempt that you make through our website that is considered potential fraud. If the street address number, zip code, or credit card verification code are entered incorrectly (as compared to what your bank has on file), your bank will send an immediate response back to the shopping cart & the payment processor will decline your order attempt. The Address Verification System in the United States verifies all 3 of the numerical items listed above, & if any of them is wrong, you will be declined. Every time that you voluntarily attempt to place an order in our shopping cart, your bank will "Authorize" the attempted charge, even if you were declined by our payment processor for entering incorrect information. If you try multiple times, and fail multiple times, your bank will hold the funds from each failed attempt. This "authorization" has nothing to do with DJDeals.com or our order system, it is entirely due to your voluntary attempt to charge your credit card, and your bank "authorizing" your use of your credit card. Debit cards will record this authorization on the account immediately, even though no charge is ever made to the account. Unless the shopping cart says that you successfully completed an order & emails you a confirmation receipt, & unless your order has shipped; your credit card will never be charged by our payment processor. Credit cards are charged AFTER an order ships, not when you voluntarily put an "authorization" on the card. When your bank gives you an "authorization" & we do not process an order (you never completed an order or you chose to cancel it), the bank automatically removes the "authorization" from your card within 7-10 days. You can call your bank to inquire as to how long it will be before they remove your "authorization", but it is not necessary, because it will be removed automatically. |

Do you want to call us? We have eliminated phone ordering. Providing customer service over e-mail is far more efficient. We do not answer customer questions by phone for 2 reasons; Firstly, there is no written record of any conversation when discussed on the phone. We answer all questions by email, so there is a perfect history of each conversation between our company and our customers. This eliminates any potential problems, and allows us to process your orders in a much quicker manner. Secondly, we do not have extra staff to answer phone calls (if we hired staff to answer the phone, we would in-turn have to raise the prices you pay for the products we sell). We are an ecommerce company, so email is the natural method of communication between our company and our customers and is obviously the fastest and most modern method of communication.
